"Hudson County Diorama" consists of a 13' X 20' glass, ceramic, and marble mosaic mural and 14' X 12' glass mosaic stairwell inserts. The artwork is located at Garfield Avenue Station in Jersey City, New Jersey, on the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Transit System. The artwork was commissioned by New Jersey Transit and Parsons Brinckerhoff and executed in 1999-2000. The mural and stairwell inserts depict native species of Hudson and Bergen counties, such as raccoon, heron, egret, blackbird, canvasback duck, and possum.
